Emergencies

Twenty-eight states plus Washington, DC have developed policies that are applicable specifically in emergency situations, such as public health emergencies. Many of these have been issued through Executive Orders. The policies modify state or business operations to mitigate the risks associated with emergency situations, including by encouraging employees to work from home.
